You can stay for 7, 10, 14, or 21 days, depending on what you need. Each stay includes a blend of therapy, leisure, and restorative practices designed to meet you where you are.

Who are we
Our estate is located just outside the town of White River, set among century-old gardens and beside the gently flowing river that gives the manor its name. It’s a space designed for stillness and renewal: where nature, peace, and privacy come together.
We limit the number of guests to 20 at a time. That means you receive truly individualised care, tailored support, and time to breathe in a space that feels safe and held.

Your experiences
The natural setting here plays a big part in the healing process. The gardens have been growing for more than 100 years. The river runs just beyond the trees. Every part of this space invites stillness, reflection, and quiet strength.
We’re also close to Kruger National Park, and many of our guests enjoy nature walks or guided safaris during their stay. Whether you’re spending time with a therapist, relaxing in the gardens, or watching the sun rise over the bushveld, every part of the experience is designed to help you feel more present.
